How is payment status confirmed?
Snippe payments are confirmed through signed webhooks and reconciliation. Bank transfers remain pending until authorized staff approve the proof and reference.
How are renewals represented?
Recurring plans show the current access period, grace policy and cancellation state. Renewal is recorded as a new verified order unless an authorized recurring collection is configured.
