1. Scope
These terms govern access to Mr Million FX education, signals, EA licenses, events, coaching, live classes and digital products. Product-specific price, duration, device limits and delivery conditions shown at checkout form part of the purchase record.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, keep recovery codes private and promptly revoke unknown sessions. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or used to bypass device, download or meeting restrictions.
3. Orders, payment and activation
An order is not paid merely because a payment was initiated. Access begins only after the platform verifies settlement, the exact amount and currency, or an authorized staff member approves a bank transfer. Delayed provider responses may remain pending while reconciliation continues.
4. Subscriptions and licenses
Time-limited access expires at the recorded period end, subject to any displayed grace period. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally remove already-paid access before its period ends. EA licenses may be limited by user, device, account, version and period.
5. Learning and meetings
Course progress, quiz attempts, assignment submissions, attendance and certificates are recorded on the server. Live-session access is restricted to eligible accounts and short-lived room credentials. Recordings require the configured consent and access policy.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to product type, consumed access, downloads, event timing and applicable law. A completed full refund revokes associated entitlements, licenses, enrollments and future session reservations.
7. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute paid materials, share license keys, scrape protected feeds, evade access controls, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, disrupt meetings or use the platform unlawfully.
8. Risk
Forex, CFDs and automated trading involve substantial risk. No service guarantees profits.
9. Availability and changes
Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents or legal requirements may temporarily affect a service. Material changes to terms or access conditions should be communicated through an available account channel.
